Back to Hockey has inspired thousands of players to pick up a hockey stick and they have told us they love the social element of the session, it’s a great way to get fitter and the perfect opportunity to meet new people.
The sessions are fun, social and informal and aimed at people who either have not played for several years or are looking to play for the first time. Do not worry if you are a little apprehensive, unsure of the rules or worried that you won’t know anyone, Vitality Back to Hockey coaches will gently guide you through a series of fun and interactive sessions, all in a super-friendly and relaxed environment
Each session will see you develop your individual skills and take part in small-sided friendly games. As well as re-discovering yourself, you will make new friends along the way too.
These fun sessions are aimed at people who haven't played hockey for a while or people who have never played but would like to try the sport.
The sessions are led by qualified coaches and are designed so that everyone can play at their own pace. Sticks can be provided.
