We are one step closer to promotion! Winning today 4-1 meant a lot for the girls and myself because it really put all of the hard work into place and showed the girls that as a team, when we are on top form that we are fierce. The juniors as always putting in the best effort and have had huge impact on the ladies 3s this season. The man of the match today is our goalie Emma Arundell, even though she has missed a lot of the season due to injury that wouldn't have been noticed from the performance she had today. Emma was cool during the defensive short corners, applied her knowledge to the players around her and continued the game with a positive attitude and a smile. She's a great role model for the younger keepers finding their feet. Gayle roberts scored 3 goals and Ellie Sutcliffe got 1, and assists today were by Ellie Lovatt, Cassie Nightingale and Ava Thompson. Looking forward to wrapping the season up with promotion! Great game today girls, im so proud of all of you.
