Women's 3rd XI Vs Stone 3

One of the few games that was on this weekend, thankfully the weather cleared up to avoid rescheduling. This morning started strong with ladies 1s goal keeper Charlotte aka Pinocchio delivering a Starbucks as well as helping with coaching the girls through the game. Lexi Day held the centre of mid field today, lovely to have lexi on the team playing alongside her sister Eme they were the dream team! Lexi was the runner up to man of the match and responsible for scoring 1 out of our 6 goals. Man of the match today was Ellie Sutcliffe, who is very comfortable at that spot who also scored 3 of our goals today, this is not an unusual position for Ellie to be in, very lucky to have a player like her in the team as she brings a lot of the goals for us and is a role model for some of the younger players (and myself) as she plays between the ladies 3s and 2s. Lastly the other 2 goals came from Jen harvey and Ava Thompson who were assisted by Cassie Nightingale and Eliza Brannen. Another great game with a range of people getting on the score sheet, keep up the good work girls <3
