Blessed with sunshine today for the ladies 3s and blessed with another great score and amazing effort from the team. The goals were started with a penalty flick taken by Katie Laffey who confidently slotted the ball in the bottom corner. Other goal scorers were Cynthia, Cassie, Lulu and Gayle. A mixed bag of scorers with everyone's effort neede throughout the game. The game began tough as the girls were find their feet after a well deserved week off, but sure enough they understood what they needed to do and brought home the 3 points. Man of the match was Ellie Lovatt - she was spotted by the away team umpires too as being a talented player, this is something I totally agree with. She has made so much improvement from juniors to ladies and a pleasure to have on match day. Well done Ellie, and well done to the rest of the team!
