Women's 3rd XI Vs Leek 4

Ladies 3s last match before the Christmas break was away against Leek 4 with a super early start of 10am (leaving plenty of time to glam up for the Christmas party!)

Telford dominated from the start with most of the play for the entire game being in the opposition half. Ava soon opened the scoring, followed by Ellie Sutcliffe and then two more from Eliza. Leaving the score at 4 nil to Telford at half time. The half time team talk and a bag of Haribo kept the team in high performance mode and led to another 4 goals in the second half, with Ellie Sutcliffe and Gayle taking turns to hit the backboard. Another great game of hockey followed with some delightful praise from the opposition, umpires and spectators about the attitude of our team makes us very proud. Well done to Eliza for getting voted player of the match for her silky skills and 100% effort.
