A very warm sunny day welcomed the traveling Telford 3rd team to Stone. 

With a 13 man team, positions and subsistution rotas were set up to what looked to be a against a strong experienced side. 

The game started and Telford were playing the ball very well around the Stone players. Immedialty creating chances in the D. Any attacking from Stone were quickly tackled by the strong midfield and defence. 

Goals were soon coming in with Sammy, Matt and Scotty grabbing a goal each before half time. 

2nd half was to keep playing as we have been, using the ball and getting passing off early creating excellent link up play. 

3 more goals followed with Sammy getting his second, Roman and Matt finishing off his second goal too. 

A 60 seconds scramble in our D made the ball pop out infront of their young attacker who calmly put the ball into out goal. 

Final result 1-6

This was an excellent game of play by all. Especially the juniors who you can see with an extra year of game expiereince under their belt is paying off.
