Match Report | The half term break fell just as the 4th team were getting into their stride and seemed to disrupt the good play see so far this season. Whilst no individual had a poor performance, the team didn't seem to work together as efficiently as they have done in previous matches. Shrewsbury didn't help to make the game any more fluid and had a 2-1 lead right up to the last hit of the game where the 4ths managed to equalize. Whilst it looks like 2 points dropped, on paper, it shows the team continue this season undefeated. James and Adam picked up a goal a piece, assisted by Roger and Kieran and Kieran was also awarded man of the match. This Saturday sees a trip to North Staffs. Let's hope for 3 points on the road. |
